On August 25, 2020 a then 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse shot three assailants in self-defense, killing two. This was the unanimous conclusion of a jury of 12 Kenosha County residents. The world was poised for a long drawn-out battle over the $2,000,000 in bond money that was posted to release Kyle Rittenhouse from jail. It appears, pending approval from Judge Bruce Schroeder that that dispute is settled. According to court records obtained today by the Kenosha County Eye, the $2,000,000 will be split three ways:

$150,000 Ricky Schroeder (Conservative Activist & Actor)

$925,000 Fight Back Foundation (Founded by Lyn Wood)

$925,000 Richards & Dimmer, S.C., IN TRUST (Rittenhouse’s Attorney’s trust account)

It is unsure how much of the almost $1M will be paid to Kyle’s defense team, and how much will go to 19-year old Rittenhouse, if any for personal use. KCE spoke briefly with Lyn Wood who referred us to Dallas Attorney Lawson Pedigo, a co-founder of #fightback. We asked Pedigo if My Pillow CEO Michael Lindell’s dollars were a loan like Schroeder’s and Lawson said “No. Lindell’s money was a donation to fightback and he isn’t expecting any money back.” Pedigo is hopeful that the judge will sign the agreement that was negotiated by all parties. Pedigo told us that Attorney John Pierce legally declined any right to the money.

Last Minute Claim to the $2M

Also filed today, was a 24-page document by California Attorney Mariel Johnson requesting the entire $2,000,000 on behalf of her client Karish Kapital, LLC out of New York. According to the documents, Pierce owes $3,750,000. Pedigo doesn’t believe that Johnson has standing to intercept the money, as it didn’t belong to Pierce, but was in a trust account that belonged to his client at the time, Rittenhouse. There is a hearing scheduled for tomorrow, Friday January 28, 2022 where this issue will be decided.

  1. As a child I thought my peers were stupid to watch the moronic show Silver Spoons, replete bad acting, including young “Ricky” Schroeder’s.
All I can say now is RICK Schroeder is a man, the man, perhaps the only man left in Hollyweird.
Guess what liberals, if he can afford to float, and possibly lose 150k he obviously saved and invested his money wisely so your crys of boycott him won’t mean shit. Also F off liberals in general; suck my D.

        1. Not at all. We don’t need to talk (write) like that. It reflects very poorly on the writer and portrays him as being stupid. It diminishes the power of what is actually an insightful comment

  2. Please look at your article: there is a spelling error. Look at the sentence about Mike Lindell. You have IF instead of Of.
