KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha father has been charged with a felony after prosecutors allege he exposed his genitals to his autistic son during a court-ordered visitation and later admitted to police he was attempting to "tea bag" the child as a joke. Michael J. Luzinski, 29, of Kenosha, was charged July 16 with exposing genitals to a child, a Class I felony punishable by up to three years and six months in prison and a $10,000 fine.
