KENOSHA, Wis. — Adam James Nickos, 41, of Kenosha, is accused of trying to punch his brother, telling his dogs to go after him and then driving drunk despite a revoked license and a court-ordered ignition interlock requirement. Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum set cash bail at only $750 Thursday for Nickos, who police said was wanted on four warrants and now faces his third OWI charge.
