KENOSHA, Wis. — Joselin E. Juarez-Galvan, 22, of Kenosha, allegedly punched her father over beer and later struck a Kenosha police officer in the face while already on bail in two criminal cases. The Kenosha Police Department sought a felony battery-to-law-enforcement charge, according to her booking record, but the Kenosha County District Attorney’s Office did not include that felony in its complaint, instead filing eight misdemeanors. Her initial appearance was scheduled for Thursday afternoon before Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum, with no bail decision listed in the initial court record.
