Zeutzius, 20, of Appleton, is charged with sexually assaulting a 16-year-old Kenosha girl after prosecutors allege he entered her family’s home through a basement window during the early morning hours Wednesday. Zeutzius made his initial appearance Thursday, where Supplemental Court Commissioner Lisa Bouterse set a $15,000 cash bond and ordered him to have no contact with the alleged victim or several witnesses.
