You may have seen the Fox6 Investigative report about how the Kenosha Judges, under the direction of District 2 Chief Judge Jason Rossell, are illegally destroying public records of court proceedings. We are starting to see why. Judges, commissioners, prosecutors, and citizens say some mean, unprofessional, and silly things in court. From Judge Schroeder using racial slurs while talking about history, to Kenosha County Deputy District Attorney Angelina Gabriele even using profanity, we’ve heard it all. Why would the Judges want these records to be permanently deleted? Do the laws apply to them? They don’t think so.
Watch this short compilation we made. It has some fun moments mixed in.
Enjoy!

Wow! To hear that Judge use the N-word was disturbing. He did not have to use it. By doing so, he pulled the curtain back and exposed his racist heart. Good people simply do not use that word. Only racists do. If I was a person of color, I would not want to appear in his court in any role. Someone should file a complaint with whatever agency regulates the conduct of judges. He makes this remark from the bench. Imagine what he says in chambers and when he is out having dinner with his good ol’ boys.

My God…don’t be part of the problem. You don’t know the context he used it in.
Regardless of the context, he still had the choice to not use the word. He could have substituted another, less offensive word. He did not. I know that some people will not agree with my opinion that decent people should not use that word. I detest anyone who does. It does not matter if that person is a thug, or a sitting judge. I am not part of the problem. People who do not appreciate the perverse power of that word are problems.
