A second lawsuit has been filed against the Kenosha Unified School District concerning the districts forced masks for all student policy. Sherry Modori of Kenosha County County filed the suit last Thursday in Kenosha County Circuit Court. The suit States that the districts forced mask policy violates the constitutional rights of children to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
The suit also alleges that the mask mandate violates the 14th amendment and the criminal code for “strangulation and suffocation.” The lawsuit is asking for the court to end KUSD’s mask policy and make masks optional.
This is the second lawsuit filed challenging the district regarding masks. The first lawsuit was filed in federal court.
The district has 20 days to respond to this action. If you read the Kenosha News you wouldn’t know about either of these lawsuits.

Mask mandates are ridiculous. They are as effective as installing a chain link fence to control mosquitoes.
After two years of dealing with CVD, we’ve learned the young are the least affected and the mandates are more damaging than their cures.
Time for people to get on with their lives again and stop living in fear.
I wish the name of the lawyer was printed. We need a lawsuit for RUSD as well
You can look up the lawsuit in ccap, I would assume
She is pro-se. No attorney
