A black Smith & Wesson M&P 15 rifle with a serial number of TF20210 was destroyed last month by the Wisconsin State Crime Lab. Kenosha Police Lt. Joe Nosalik and Captain Brent Sagedal documented the destruction on body-cam and took photos. The destruction was a result of an agreement between prosecutors, Dominick Black, and Rittenhouse’s attorney. The rifle was destroyed the morning of February 25, 2022.
