Almost Four Months After County Board Orders “No Guns” Signs To Be Taken Down, The Simple Task Is Finally Complete

“No Guns Allowed” Signs Now-Removed From Most County Buildings

A razor blade, some goo-gone, and about five minutes of elbow grease is all that it took to make Kenosha County residents and employees a little safer.

The County Board overwhelmingly voted to order the dangerous “No Guns Allowed” signs to be removed. The final vote was 14-7 to remove the signs. Most argue that theses signs put the public at risk.

Thanks Kevin for showing other people in our County how to hold our elected officials accountable! Sometimes we need that push. Calling Samantha Kerman out and holding her accountable to the people who voted her in office is what we all need to keep doing regardless of what party they are with!

Samantha Kerkman…the people didn’t vote you in to fly under the radar. Step it up! This was a positive change! There was no reason to make this a seamless transition and have the citizens not notice. This makes me wonder how you will implement future decisions. It shouldn’t have taken 4 months, phone calls, and news articles to get you to do the job that you were elected to do. Hoping your more proactive on the future!
