Parents from across the county were county were demanding that some books portraying obvious pornography be removed. Weiss wouldn’t do it. He vowed to stand fast to the liberal majority on the school board. After he was embarrassed in front of millions of Americans across the country, he was ordered to remove the books by extremist school board president Yolanda Santos-Adams (D), the woman who committed perjury to attempt to help her son avoid prison when he raped her grand-daughter.

KCE reached out to Jeff Weiss, KUSD’s superintendent and he refuses to talk about his support for this material being present in schools. We reached out to the Kenosha Unified School District Board of Education and we heard back from Eric Meadows:

“A few weeks ago, several parents in the community looked into reportedly explicit books in our libraries. See my previous post about this. Since then, a national spotlight has shined on KUSD on this same topic.

A number of graphic books were identified as being in some of our schools through numerous open records requests from several people.

The following books have been removed from our libraries, not because of the LGBT nature of them, but because of overtly explicit and obscene pictures and descriptions.

*This Book is Gay

*Gender Queer

*Let’s Talk About It

*All Boys aren’t Blue

I am opposed to exposing children to any pornographic material in school, whether LGBT or heterosexual. Neither belong in public schools. I will work towards clarifying our policy to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

I will receive a lot of anger from some in the community just for writing this. I don’t care.

My first priority will be to protect the innocence of our children.”

Reached Monday morning, board member Kristine Schmaling said that she agreed with her colleague, and she is determined to protecting the children in the school district.

Meadows for the Prairie: Opinion

Pleasant Prairie has an interesting quirk among its residents. Each time a local election comes around, I find my neighbors begin speaking and asking questions in hushed tones.  They’re perfectly normal questions, such as “have you looked at who’s running for the Village Board?” or “did your property taxes go up this year?” I’ve always found it odd that such things are discussed over backyard fences with frequent glances to the side. My family moved to

    1. What’s worse?
      – having pornographic books in school for kids

      Or

      – protecting pedophiles and degenerates by deleting comments that educate parents on the ethnic and religious belief systems of guys overseeing the education of their children like Weiss?

Things will never get better when truth is silenced. You will never have peace when succumbing to evil and we are no better when we give into and go out of our way to protect it.

Truth stands on its own. Let it stand.

  1. Thank you Erik and to all the parents that kept the fight alive. These books and material should not be available for young children. Parents have the right to be parents and educate and guide their children.

  2. Thank you!!! I was hoping you would cover this after I messaged you a few weeks ago I am very glad you did a story. We will not give up getting more pornography out of the KUSD! There are many many more graphic books both gay sex and heterosexual with full access to children! We need more help~ If you want to join us, please email WIMassResistance@proton.me ! We need your help!

  3. Hold KUSD’s feet to the fire! Get ALL the pornography out of the school libraries. There are laws against this to protect minors. Hold them accountable.

  4. KUSD liberal cesspool. Who in their right mind would even consider this appropriate content. It’s sickening. Thankful for the National exposure and outrage. KUSD…on notice.

      1. All the more reason to expose the porn that has been infiltrated into our school libraries. Shine the light on it….don’t keep it hidden any more.

    1. Oh yes, that and so much more!! Please follow us on Twitter where we are releasing new books every day that need to go! @WI_Mass

  5. Kevin, I think there is great potential for a story regarding Kenosha County and their mass exodus of employees. 29 alone in August! With an idiot at the helm like, Clara, there is stopping this bleeding. Let’s not talk about the black cloud hanging over thw health department and all the turmoil happening there.

  6. Any books that are pornographic in nature that exist in a school library have to be selected by the school librarian or media clerk/coordinator (either at the school level or district level). The school librarian has some explaining to do and should really be held accountable. Why would an adult purchase these type of material for minors? This is grooming!!! I can’t imagine buying any type of porno material for teens!! Is this librarian still employed?

    22
    1. I also want to know what company they are buying these books from. School libraries typically purchase materials from “k-12 educational” companies.

  7. The public needs to know what employee(s) vetted this book, and that disciplinary measures were taken by KUSD against them. And what was the discipline? (none I’m assuming)

    18
  8. These books have no place in a public school library. I appreciate LGBTQ+ issues but we’re talking minors here. This has little to do with those issues.

  9. Everyone responsible for those books being available to our children needs to be fired and should be prosecuted. Child groomers are not welcomed. Look out, the Lord will vindicate! Matthew 18:6
“If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.

    1. I’m pretty sure it’s the district media coordinator who approves all book purchases for KUSD. It’s a public position and this person has some answering to do to the community.

  10. Check out what these horrible Kenosha Democrats posted today. Like I told them in an email, I used to be a lifelong Dem and so was my wife. She was abused for years by her father and the last thing she would ever want would be to read novels that glorify abuse. it is triggering. So from now on, we are both voting Republican. Why is the Democratic party always about promoting indecency? Here is the article https://kenoshacountydems.org/kcdp-blog/books-address-sensitive-topics-belong-kusd-book-shelves/?mibextid=Zxz2cZ
