  1. What a filthy country. look at all these awful stories that Ken exposes. Keno News never touches contro stories.

  2. If the Racine District Attorney handles this case don’t expect any prosecution.
If the case is outsourced to Kenosha or Walworth County don’t expect any prosecution.

    1. This is complete b.s. “significantly more drunk than they should have been?” Women have no agency anymore. The new Rape in 2024 is called regret. mr Obrien has already dismantled his accusations 3x. He has group texts and messages of the women talking about pulling a “John Tucker must die” on this man. Referencing a movie where the jaded women ruin a man’s life on purpose. There are two sides to every story.

      1. Do you know that they use the phrase “significantly more drunk than they should have been” in court to imply that it’s suspected that a person was drugged? It’s not a pithy comment, it’s used when drugs are suspected but a drug test can’t be used to prove it at the time

    2. Good. It’s all B.S anyways. Woman sleeps with man. Woman finds out he has a girlfriend. What’s is a Woman’s next move? Accuse him of rape. Gtfoh

      1. Except this has been their scheme since high school. I’m appalled to find out this behavior continued well into their adult years, and only got worse. There are more than just these 4 women. I bet they’re shitting their pants, praying the others don’t come forward as well. It’s only a matter of time.

    3. This guy just got charged again I. Milwaukee for the same crimes with one of my old co workers, how is he getting away with this stuff?

      1. He’s getting away with it because character witnesses won’t come forward. The victims need support from people who know exactly who these people are.

  3. Kevin he is not a guard. He worked as psychological tech. Please stop giving us guards who don’t rape people a bad reputation.

      1. Kevin,

I’ve been following this story and your article. I’ve noticed two things: (1) The case summary you provided is inaccurate and (2) I’ve noticed that comments are being deleted from this thread. As a journalist, your duty to reporting accurate, unbiased facts should be unwavering.
I challenge you to do real journalism and learn the facts of this case. In two of your responses in this thread, you stated that agencies not being transparent about information, after commentors corrected you. Yet you still decided to report inaccurate information.
I also challenge you to stop deleting comments on this thread. If you are a journalist, demonstrate your ability to leave your bias at the door, and let people defend who they may.

  4. David is also a psychologist in training. He is a doctoral student at Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology. Despite what is ethical and safe to the community, the staff there are allowing him to continue towards being a psychologist. Absolutely disgusting

    1. It’s innocent until proven guilty. Not the other way around. You’re just a simp fuck that believes all women. Pray to God you never have a son smh

      1. Even if it’s innocent until proven guilty, you wouldn’t take precautions just in case? For the sake of the people in your care?

  5. Since the mugshots are from Milwaukee County, I’m guessing we can thank one of Milwaukee County Circuit Court’s liberal judges for setting such a low bond for both of these (alleged) rapists?

  6. We all need to share this to social media. Facebook, instagram, X, TikTok, if you have a platform you should be sharing. Theres no way that there are only 4 victims with this pattern of behavior.

  7. They have been doing this for 12 years. Just imagine how many other victims there are that didn’t come forward…

      1. I am not the person that made the comment you replied to, but I have firsthand experience from high school with these two. I was not surprised when I found out about the charges, it started a long time ago.

    1. Do you think the DA of Mke makes a case for SA for no reason? You really think that the DA would file a case if there wasn’t an overwhelming reason for it?! It sounds like you’re in denial. Sure, innocent until proven guilty, but also PRECAUTION is a good thing to have in place.
