Thomas J. Pattock, 46, was charged today with seven counts of Possession of Child Pornography following an investigation by local and state law enforcement agencies. However, a legal provision allows judges to order the minimum sentences to run concurrently, which could impact his overall prison time if convicted.

Investigation and Arrest

According to a criminal complaint filed in Kenosha County Circuit Court, the Twin Lakes Police Department began investigating Pattock after receiving a CyberTipline report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in December 2024. The tip indicated that a social media user had shared explicit material involving minors on Instagram.

Detectives linked the account to Pattock through associated personal information, including an email address, phone number, and date of birth. Further investigation revealed online messages in which the suspect allegedly discussed exchanging illicit material with another individual.
