A Troubling Criminal History

Lentz is no stranger to the Kenosha judicial system. Her criminal record spans nearly two decades, filled with felony charges that have resulted in minimal consequences.

  • 2008: Charged with felony domestic battery and intimidation of a victim. She received a plea deal and probation, which was later revoked, leading to an eight-month jail sentence.
  • 2009: Charged with criminal trespass to a dwelling and felony bail jumping—the felony charge was dismissed, and she again received probation. When she violated probation, she was sentenced to only 30 days in jail.
  • 2013: Armed Bank Robbery – Guilty Plea (8 Years Prison)
  • 2024: Arrested for felony cocaine possession on November 15. On February 19, Judge Angelina Gabriele approved another plea deal, granting her probation despite her extensive history of probation violations.

At the time of Monday’s attack, Lentz was still on probation from her most recent drug-related conviction. She has only one felony convictions due to the Kenosha County DA Office’s previous soft-on-crime stance.

Judicial Leniency Under Scrutiny

This case raises questions about the leniency of Kenosha’s judicial system, which has repeatedly granted Lentz probation despite her continued offenses. Critics argue that a pattern of light sentencing and plea deals may have contributed to the latest violent incident, leaving another victim suffering the consequences.

    1. If you would have read the article you would see that is clearly stated in black and white that she did 8 years for the bank robbery.

      1. 65 percent of Kenosha population is on parole or probation.clearly Jessica has mental health issues and I delt with this with her for 5 years December she was getting help with her issues February her insurance wouldn’t cover the psychiatrist visits or medicine she needed a part b we got that done but it doesn’t tack affect till April 1st her probation officer who is a probation agent who specifically works with mental health.never once tried to help my girl.jessica suffers horribly with skitzofrania and delusional disorder.also their was no brutal attacks it was a rubber mallet.andvthe victim was treated and released with no stitches and no concussion.and was back home with no bandages.so what’s that tell ya.

  1. I was friends with her on Facebook just to watch the shitshow. Was sad when she got a new Facebook and o could no longer watch the show

  2. Yep sounds like someone you would take home to mama. A sledgehammer?? Jeez, any one in the legal system ever think that she has anger issues? Wth?

      1. You could say the same for about 80% of the criminals that released back into society by lackey judges. I wonder if judges would change their ways if they could held equally responsible for any and all crimes committed by criminals they release?

  3. Not o oy was she caught with cocaine in December 24. SHE WAS ALSO ON PROBATION AT THAT TIME AND THE THEY LET HER OUT WITHOUT ANY PUNNISHMENT. She should have still been in jail. More blood on DA Gravely and his horrible soft on crime policies. Glad he is gone.

  4. I think there’s alot of ifs to this because the chick she did this to is my ex and I know that bitch and I promise she didn’t do this for no reason, just saying.

    1. Teresa exner is a sick sick woman, she claims her own child wanted to give her oral sex, she’s disgusting, she sold her own daughter as a prostitute, karma will eat her alive!!!!!! Nasty bitch

    2. She should have done worse seeing she’s being accused! Teresa s address is 5420 14th ave upper, police need to raid that drug infested dump! She’s a horrible existence

  5. Soft-on-crime policies = domestic terrorism.
Oust the terrorists within the judicial system who refuse to protect the public.
I’m aware Gravely is gone and others have quit but there is more to deal with.
It’s happening nationally as well with the Fed. Judge thinking criminal aliens have
rights to stay in America and harm us. That judge’s goal is to terrorize Americans and our tax dollars
have to be spent on fighting him in court. It’s absurd.

  6. Well, the roommate must have died. She’s in jail charged with 1st degree intentional homicide. The $650 bond seems a bit low.

    1. Count no. 1 940.01(1)(a) Attempt 1st-Degree Intentional Homicide

I think you missed the ATTEMPT part of the charge

  7. Theresa is allegedly fencing stolen merchandise. Her husband Exner, whose on parole, lives there, he has no- contact with her too. Y is he in and out with his parole agent? The one with the big engagement ring on her finger. Whoever she is.
He broke every rule of his parole since he abscounded and lied to her , “that he was in fear of his life at the TLP” going on an alleged 3 day drugfueled crime – spree in Milwaukee, stealing the mallot. You can’t believe anything this group says. GIVE THEM A UA.
Last I heard ,they committing insurance fraud on a supposed stolen truck, that Exner allegedly crashed and fleed. Now owner allegedly committing insurance fraud , when he knew who he gave keys too.
I thought paroles have to get a vehicle approved by their agent. Why doesn’t anyone do their job anymore?

  8. This should’ve happened years ago. Her son moved out of the house about a year ago doing good. Also, I think the daughter is somewhere far away. Best thing she ever did was get away from this bullshit! what I’d like to know is why isn’t the law doing anything about this?

    1. She has ruined my life, I am her kid and she abused me mentally and I think she deserves everything she has gotten
