Kenosha County Eye Jail Booking Page

Are you like us and want to see who’s being booked into the jail? Well, we’ve just made it easier for you. Now Kenosha County Eye has a page for just looking at Kenosha County Jail bookings. It is automatically updated every hour. It will list the people who have been booked, in order. Most of the time, people appear on this list if they are arrested by a law enforcement agency, but they could appear here for other, less common reasons:

  • They are booked into the jail to start serving a sentence.
  • They are brought to this jail from another jail or prison, (WRIT)
  • They are photographed and printed, NOT booked.

Of course, all people booked into the jail are presumed innocent and their presence on our website doesn’t necessarily indicate guilt. Our data comes automatically from the Sheriff’s Office’s booking page.

  1. The contents starts as of: ?

Abd if one enters an old name of one still in jail and gets a “¹” what does this mean?
    Love this idea

  2. I’m not familiar with the.arrest process. I am wondering, why would someone be photographed and printed if they aren’t being booked?

    1. They call it “pics and prints”. Sometimes after a defendant is given a signature bond, they will be ordered by the commissioner to report to the jail to get their fingerprints taken and their photographs taken. They are not actually entering the jail, just being processed. Sometimes instead of being taken into custody, they are issued a summons and they will get printed and photographed without being booked into the jail. There are a few other less common possibilities

    1. Consider the possibility that it’s the black population committing most of the crimes.

      Statistics aren’t racist.

  3. Same arrest stats, even after cameras on every cop. Guess it wasn’t t he fault of the police after all……

  4. I was once stopped for speeding and found out that I had a suspended driver license. Two years. Never was notified. Bad paperwork on the state end. I had tickets that were long since paid but were not updated in the system at the old Kenosha DMV. One phone call to Madison straightened it out. But before the phone call they arrested me because I refused a vehicle search. I was Cuffed and hauled to the police station.
They wanted to print and photograph me. I protested and refused saying a suspended license wasn’t an offense to get printed, photographed and put in the system. They let me go with just the two tickets.
I don’t know why every time you are put in cuffs they need your prints and photo.
Mine was a traffic violation not a crime.

    1. It’s your responsibility as an adult to take care of tickets and make sure you don’t get suspended. No one should chase down your addresses and beg you to take care of it. Driving without a license is enough to pull you into jail… because you didn’t do what you were required by law to do.

      1. The DMV had a computer outage the day I was there.
Took my paperwork and sent me on my way. Told me they would enter it after things came back online.
Then once the computer came back up, didn’t complete the process and enter my paperwork in. Mistake number one.
Then after passing the deadline and officially suspending me, didn’t notify me.
        Mistake number two.
        Neither my fault.
        I did “their” process.
        They didn’t.
        Twice !!

  5. If Anglo Americans are white why aren’t African Americans black. Enough of this crap, putting Africa in everything.

  6. Why do they categorize Hispanic as White? I mean, if you’re going to put race on the booking form, be accurate. I’m sure this isn’t nefarious.

      1. Years back, the democrats passed a law in WI that every stop made by an officer, the officer had to check a box as “white”, or “non white”. The officer was not allowed to ask either. Scott walker killed the form, because it was totally subjective and would’ve been used maliciously for false stats.

  7. Useful site. Sucks for the guy I know recently booked whose crazy ass ex is accusing him of some bad shit that he absolutely didn’t do- but overall good for people to see the criminals.
