KENOSHA, Wis. – A Kenosha woman who violently attacked an elderly woman inside the Kenosha County Courthouse has been sentenced to six months in jail as a condition of probation.
Victoria L. Lebron, 37, pleaded guilty to one felony count of physical abuse of an elder person for a courthouse hallway assault on Aug. 20, 2024. The incident left the victim, a 63-year-old woman, with multiple fractures to her right arm.
According to the criminal complaint, Lebron screamed “Cathy, you bitch!” before forcefully shoving the woman in the chest with both hands, causing her to fall. While the woman lay on the floor, Lebron reportedly kicked her multiple times in the back and ribs and shouted an expletive-laced accusation involving the woman’s son.
The assault occurred in the first-floor hallway outside Courtroom 100 while deputies were nearby. One of them, hearing the commotion, arrived moments later and saw Lebron being confrontational. She was handcuffed at the scene.
Surveillance footage confirmed the violent outburst. Witnesses, including the victim’s son—Lebron’s ex-partner and the father of her child—corroborated the account. He also reported that Lebron had shoved him moments before attacking his mother.
The victim was transported to the hospital with serious injuries. A doctor later confirmed multiple fractures and indicated that surgery may be necessary.
Lebron was charged with four counts, including aggravated battery and two counts of disorderly conduct. As part of a plea agreement, she was convicted only on the felony elder abuse charge, with the remaining charges dismissed but read in at sentencing.
On July 30, 2025, Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge Anthony Milisauskas ordered a withheld sentence and placed Lebron on two years of probation. She must serve six months in the Kenosha County Jail as a condition of that probation. Lebron received four days of sentence credit and was taken into custody immediately after sentencing.
The court also ordered her to submit a DNA sample, pay court costs, and confirmed that no restitution was requested. Bond posted earlier in the case will be applied toward her financial obligations.
