KENOSHA, Wis. — Four Kenosha teens were charged today in connection with a Thursday evening armed robbery that left a 19-year-old man with a knocked-out tooth and sparked a high-speed police pursuit that topped 100 mph before ending in a crash on Washington Road. All four are scheduled for initial appearances at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23, before Court Commissioner William Michel II.
