Why can we not get rid of Michel?
What kind of cash bail would you impose when the defendant is charged with a misdemeanor DC and the defendant and an eyewitness said that his brother started it? Not sure where you’re coming from.
What a loser, anyone with a neck and face tat is no bound for great things.
Another one you’re letting back onto the streets, Mr. Commissioner. Is Jerkman going to save you when one of your signature or low bond releases offends again and someone ends up killed or seriously harmed? Why don’t you try doing something right before they kick you out? At least you’ll be remembered for that one and only good thing. So far, your time on the bench has disappointed even those who supported your nomination.
Yes, he let a guy who was attacked, yet is somehow charged with a mere disorderly conduct, “back on the streets.”
And if you’ve been reading The Eye, “Jerkman” isn’t exactly a fan of the commish — though for reasons completely unrelated to giving a disorderly suspect a signature bond. Catch up on your reading!
