What a POS, put the boot on all of his cars. He doesn’t deserve to ever drive.
55 going on 80.
Where do people like this get their money ?
And then how much do they spend in booze ?
I once knew a construction worker, 40 year old bachelor, who on Friday afternoon on the way home picked up a case of beer and then sat in his chair watching tv at home drinking till he passed out.
Then dealt with the hangover Saturday and went to church on Sunday.
Then next Friday, rinse and repeat.
At home. Not on the road drunk. Spending the least amount of money to satisfy his addiction. Then stayed sober all week to be a productive member of society.
Know your limits.
This guy needs to go to jail. Any change in timing and there could have been a family in a car passing by when this guy went off the road. The report says his truck was pointed the wrong way.
Did he cross the road or hit the driveway so hard his truck lifted and spun around. Either way at any speed he could have killed the people in a car coming the other way.
Not to mention that this just happened two months earlier in Illinois. Ticket still pending in lake county IL. Dui
This guy clearly needs to sober up! He should have his driver’s license suspended and serve jail time. He hasn’t learned his lesson yet not to drive drunk!
This man needs to go sit in jail and dry out plus he needs to be in treatment. He should never have a driver’s license again. He’s a hazard to whoever is on the road when he is driving a vehicle if this is the case. Don’t allow people like this to get their license anymore and let them use public transportation when they got to go places. I’m usually not this tough, but five times is just ridiculous. One you can be forgiven with, even two long as you are getting help, but that’s it. Driving is over.
Sadly, he needs jail time, since he isn’t breaking his addiction. I hope he isn’t merely slapped with a revocation (which he’ll ignore) and ordered to install an ignition device (which he won’t). Eventually he’ll hurt more than a mailbox.
