KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man already on probation for drug offenses is facing new felony charges after investigators say they found marijuana, oxycodone, and a loaded .45-caliber handgun in his bedroom during a multi-agency drug raid earlier this month. Despite the seriousness of the allegations and his probation status, Court Commissioner William Michel II set his cash bail at just $1,000.

Where is Kenosha exposed to cry about this
Well, when he gets out and does the same thing again.Blame the judge.
Is Michel mentally competent to even be a commissioner? What a disgrace he is.
This is called :Black Privilege.
Y’all man for what
Judges should be held responsible for going lightweight on punishment.
For example, let’s implement a 3 Strikes and you’re out for judges.
After this criminal re-offends the third time (we all know he will), the judge
who sent him back into society will be impeached or fired, or whatever the terminology is.
Judges need to be held accountable for rotten judging.
They are a detriment to a safe society.
His mom & aunt are snitches & has always worked for kpd. I’m sure that played a part in his low bond. Look up the 44 drug bust to find his dad
At what point does a Probation Officer revoke a persons probation anymore? Any such thing as a revocation hearing these days?
For anyone who doesn’t know if he as on probation and he was let out that is not the judges fault they usually give low bail’s cause he should have a probation hold and should be getting revoked the fact that he is not means the Feds wanted him out to tell on others clearly
