SOMERS, Wis. — Jayda L. White, 23, of Kenosha, was charged Wednesday with third-offense operating while intoxicated after allegedly driving 70 mph in a 35-mph zone and registering a .23 breath result — nearly three times the legal limit. Despite the repeat offense, high alcohol concentration, and drugs and alcohol allegedly found inside her vehicle, Court Commissioner William “Bargain Bail Billy” Michel II allowed White to walk out of court on a no-cash bail, once again underscoring what critics and legal insiders describe as his pattern of treating serious repeat drunk driving cases leniently — decisions they say place the public at risk.

  2. Girl has no respect for herself. She should be evicted to live in Kenosha. Get out we don’t need people like you here. Go get a job and pay taxes. Tired of my tax dollars paying for people like you that don’t care about your life.

  3. Always keep in mind that bail is NOT the punishment or fine. It is primarily a means to make the person show up for correct/trial, unless they present a public safety concern – a known criminal propensity for further harm to the public, or blew off bond before. This gal may not have indicated any such problem. Don’t get too excited about certain persons getting no cash bond. Gang bangers need high bond.
