KENOSHA, Wis. — Deavon M. Fonder, 25, of Zion, Illinois, who is already being held on a $50,000 cash bail in his high-profile Pleasant Prairie carjacking case, was back in court Tuesday after prosecutors filed new felony charges accusing him of attacking another inmate inside the Kenosha County Jail. Court Commissioner William Michel II set an additional $20,000 cash bail on the new case, bringing his total bail across cases to $70,000. He is due back in court March 31 for a preliminary hearing.

Put this idiot in prison for 50 years. Too bad the courts will have him back on the streets.
This guy is no good for society! Lock him up for a long time!
Violent carjacking and violent attack inside the jail, how is release by posting bail (if he had the $) even possible? It just makes no sense.
Because the ones letting them out usually all have private security …….. paid for by taxpayers ..
Taxpayers = Suckers.
Is he related to the famous Kenosha Fonder family?
