PADDOCK LAKE, Wis. — A class action lawsuit filed last week in Kenosha County alleges the operator of a Paddock Lake McDonald’s continued serving beverages to customers even after employees allegedly observed worms crawling from a sewage receptacle beneath a drive-thru soda machine.

The lawsuit was filed May 27 against McEssy Investment Company, the Illinois-based company that operates the McDonald’s at 25555 75th St. in Paddock Lake. Also named as defendants are XYZ Insurance Company and Angel Stec. The case is assigned to Judge Angelina Gabriele. Court records identify the plaintiffs as Jazmyne Gurske, James Crittenden and J.C., a minor child. A guardian ad litem has already been appointed for the child plaintiff. A scheduling conference is scheduled for Oct. 21.

🙄 what could you possibly be suing for?? Grow up. Don’t whine when your Big Mac is now $8 bc of all these ridiculous lawsuits. So you found a worm- f*cking gross, put it on blast online and let the natural consequences happen. There is nothing to sue over; money-hungry losers.
So it’s just ok? Maybe the lawsuit isn’t about the money. Maybe it’s about holding corporations accountable.
