KENOSHA, Wis. — A 69-year-old Kenosha man accused of stealing a lawn mower from a resident's garage and repeatedly returning to the victim's property — including allegedly urinating in the victim's yard after being told to stay away — was ordered held on a $2,000 cash bail Thursday by Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Aileen “Half Off” Henry. Prosecutors had requested a $1,500 cash bail, while the defense sought a no-cash bail. Henry instead set the cash bail at $2,000 and imposed a no-contact order with the victim.
