KENOSHA, Wis. — A 37-year-old Kenosha man accused of two child sexual assault-related crimes was ordered held on just a $10,000 cash bond Tuesday after appearing before Supplemental Court Commissioner Michael “No Money” Masnica in Kenosha County Intake Court. The bond amount was set despite the fact that the charges carry a combined maximum penalty of up to 100 years in prison and a $100,000 fine if convicted. The $10,000 cash bond was requested by the Kenosha County District Attorney's Office; however, while prosecutors may recommend a bond amount, the court commissioner has the ultimate authority to set bail and is not required to follow either side's recommendation. In this case, Masnica adopted the State's request and set bond at $10,000 cash.

He is a cockroach just like you are. Nothing funny about sexual assault on children.
Weird, the charges and conviction rates seem the Same after body cameras …. Guess the cops were telling the truth all along….
Hang him
Shoot him in his wienie. Why must we pay for his incarceration?
I’m surprised the DA’s office only requested 10,000 when it looks like they could have requested much more for this type of crime.
It’s the demons.
I know this individual and it me sick to my stomach that he would mess with child. I am asking for everyone prayers for the child that is involved in this case
