WHEATLAND, Wis. — Louise R. Heeg, 47, of New Munster, and Danny R. Anderson, 61, also of New Munster, have been charged after a Kenosha County Sheriff's Office deputy allegedly discovered a house being used exclusively to house cats in conditions so unsanitary that neighbors complained the smell of feces and ammonia could be detected blocks away, while the deputy reported leaving the residence covered in more than 100 live fleas that later contaminated his squad car.

Nasty people! Those poor cats.
fleas are tough to get rid of too, I feel for ya
How many cats per house legally? I have a neighbor that has way to many and it smells as well 🤦♀️ Not sure who to call 🤔
Did they count each flea? Are over 100 fleas considered a lot? Did it start with one flea that hooked up his whole entire family with a house? What happens to these freeloading fleas? I need more details on the flea situation.
lets test with you, see how many fleas biting you would consider “a lot”.
IMO if you can see any amount of fleas it’s a lot.
One, two, three, fifty etc etc. man, it took over an hour to count those 100.
Feel bad for authorities who have to deal with this. Thanks for all u do.
If KUSD “investigated” this, it would be unsubstantiated…..
Cats are filthy animals
yet dogs eat their shit out of litter boxes……
How many times a week do you think those people brush their teeth?
House will be listed soon as a fixer upper with loads of potential. Asking price 249K😂😂
