KENOSHA, Wis. — Kevin A. Pursell, 42, of Kenosha, was sentenced Friday by Kenosha County Circuit Judge David O. Hughes to 22 years of initial confinement followed by 16 years of extended supervision, for a total sentence of 38 years, after pleading guilty in three criminal cases stemming from a hidden-camera investigation that grew into dozens of charges involving upskirting and child pornography. Hughes also found Pursell eligible for the Wisconsin Department of Corrections' Challenge Incarceration Program (CIP) and Substance Abuse Program (SAP) after completing 50 percent of his initial confinement, a decision that could potentially reduce the amount of time he ultimately spends in prison if he is accepted into and successfully completes one of those programs. The court record reviewed by Kenosha County Eye does not clearly indicate Pursell's final sex offender registration requirements.

Hope he gets raped
Lots of opportunities to take shots at the judicial system in Kenosha and rightfully so. They got it right in this one. Good job everyone involved.
