KENOSHA, Wis. — Justo J. Rodriguez, 52, of Kenosha, is facing a felony fifth-offense operating while intoxicated charge after prosecutors allege a Kenosha County Sheriff's deputy observed him driving at such a high rate of speed that the deputy could not read his license plate before following him to his residence. Court Commissioner Tracey Braun set Rodriguez's cash bail at $10,000 during his initial appearance Monday.

He needs to serve 10 years in prison. Evidently he hasn’t seeked help or learned his lesson. Disgusting behavior!
Now this is the type to deport. The ones that endanger lives and laugh at our laws.
no long drawn-out process –
Justo deport him.
Yes, get this POS off the roads before he kills someone. Also, I am reading a lot of how repeat DUIs fail to install ignition device. Obviously this isn’t being monitored or enforced? Hows that work?
