KENOSHA, Wis. — Less than a week after a Kenosha County judge dismissed a felony drug case because prosecutors missed a statutory deadline, the Kenosha County District Attorney's Office has refiled the charges against Lavell T. Craig, 48, with one significant condition imposed by the court: prosecutors must immediately disclose the identity of the confidential informant whose information forms the backbone of the case.

I think I met KDOG a few years ago. He explained that the “K” stood for “Killa”.
At the time I thought he might have been an undercover cop, but I guess not.
Anyway, having recently seen his attorney, Seth Johnson, in action, I think the “K” is going to end up standing for “KOOKED”.
