A longtime Wisconsin prison guard named Andy Berg has been discovered to be producing online homosexual pornography for at least three years. Kenosha County Eye has confirmed these allegations though multiple, independent sources.

Also according to the now-deleted profile, “SergeantHard” is a bi-sexual with a “big” penis. His services include bondage, discipline, dominance, submission, sadomasochism, feet, underwear, deepthroat, and gagging.

He has 40 reviews on the site. They say “beautiful sex man,” “this hot sexy daddy is amazing!!!”, “Miss your face,” “the best” and “Sergeant is 5 star entertainment.” The profile also contained numerous photos of Berg’s nipples.

(File Photo by Kevin Mathewson, Kenosha County Eye)

Andy Berg, 44, of Kenosha, first found himself in the public eye in 2012, when he ran for Alderman. He lost by a large margin. He took last place out of three candidates, running against incumbent Alderman, Anthony Kennedy (D). Kennedy told Berg that he would help him if he ran next time, not against him, but instead for the County Board. Andy did in fact run for the County Board in 2016 and won – because no one ran against him. He was re-elected again in 2018, 2020 and just recently in 2022. All four elections, he ran unopposed. He also ran for Sheriff in 2018 and got beat badly in the primary by the now-Sheriff, David W. Zoerner. This means Berg never won a contested election. Each and every election in which he had an opponent, he lost by a wide margin. He is universally loved by the left and even has some support from the right.

Berg is known for pusuing the legalization of marijuana. He also challenged that a colleague of his, Supervisor John Poole wasn’t a veteran, and he was quickly proven wrong. After Andy, who has never been a law enforcement officer lost his bid for Sheriff, applied twice for the position of Deputy Sheriff. He was denied both bids. In his applications, he noted his criminal conviction history including DUI and drug convictions.

On August 18, 2018, Berg was involved in a alleged drunken domestic dispute with his then-wife. There was property in the home destroyed by the couple. Berg called police and wanted the police to respond because his wife “was calling (him) names”. You can listen to this call to police below.

Berg’s close friends in the community include big-time criminals Ray Roberts and Sharmain Harris. He considers himself a Black Lives matter activist and isn’t shy that he is a far-left democrat. On September 24, of 2022, he responded to an email from a concerned tax-payer saying “Anyone who supports a 17 year old to go to another state to shoot and kill people, need (sic) to have their mental health checked.” He also posted on Facebook an untrue speculation about who gave Kyle Rittenhouse the AR-15 he used to defend himself. After the man who gave him the rifle confessed to police, he kept his comment up, doubling down on his untrue statement. Berg has also challenged a colleague and another citizen to physical fights recently.

On November 12, 2020, Berg attended a Kenosha County Board meeting and was reportedly bragging to colleagues that he was supposed to be at work, but called in sick. The Kenosha County Eye looked in to this and discovered that he did, in fact call in sick and was paid on November 12. We also learned that he is on thin ice with the Department of Corrections. He has a lengthy personnel file with discipline for attendance related issues and for showing prisoners a movie that contained nudity and another called “Dear White People” that is a favorite of the BLM crowd. For this, he served a 1-day, unpaid suspension day. He served a 3-day unpaid suspension this past September for policy and attendance issues. He was also disciplined once for missing work 6 times in a calendar year without a Doctor’s note. A portion of his personnel file is below. He later posted on Facebook that he has a “new job on the horizon” and he is “leaving the prison hopefully sooner than later.” The DOC is aware of Andy calling in sick for the board meeting and in his most recent 3-day suspension, his supervisor mentioned the possibility of termination.

Alderman and Candidate for Mayor, David Bogdala (R) and County Board Member Andy Berg (D)
(Facebook.com)

Berg, above, is pictured with liberal judge Chad Kerkman and longtime Alderman, David Bogdala (R), who is running for Mayor.

Berg was recently divorced and in his divorce pleadings his wife’s attorney noted that “Berg is a high-risk taker who has indicated that he is willing to risk not just his life but his daughters.” He was also accused of drinking alcohol before bringing his daughter to political meetings and engaging in yelling matches.

Alexandra (Allie) Volz
(Facebook.com)

Berg’s girlfriend, even back while still married, Alexandra Volz, was ashamed to be dating Berg and she lied to a jury under oath about being his girlfriend. In court documents, she is listed as Berg’s “live-in girlfriend.”

Andy Berg is the executive director of Garden of Eatin but mostly uses the 501(c)3 for personal use to the tune of thousands of dollars. The IRS has received at least two complaints concerning alleged misconduct with the non-profit. More on this in the coming weeks.

KCE reached out to the Wisconsin Department of Corrections media division and Secretary Kevin Carr and have not hear back.

  1. Hopefully this is the end of his time on stage. There are way too many people, both of the left and right, who should not serve in leadership positions. All of them should be outed!

    1. Think about August 2020 if you want to see Lydia Spottswoods base. Could you imagine her in charge during a BLM riot? She would keep the cops out.

    1. Did you see the part about homosexual videos? He called the police over an argument about cat litter. Ironic, cause he sounds like a pussy.

  2. According to Chad on a now changed facebook post, he and Andrew are brothers! Just what kinda brothers are they talking about?

  3. Kevin, you should ask for a comment from Alderman Kennedy since he has repeatedly stated that Berg is the best county board supervisor of all.

  5. Wonder if any political support was given to “Sergeant Hard” by the Kenosha County Democrat Party and Congregations United to Serve Humanity (CUSH) since Lori Hawkins is listed as chairperson for both organizations?
“Hard” to believe church groups would be involved in supporting this sort of thing.

    1. Kennedy is a coward. He accepts crumbs off the table to sell out his constituents. He is an enabler of the corruption in this community. A real leader in the minority community needs to step up and expose the real Kennedy. The entrenched establishment considers Kennedy to be a useful idiot.

  8. God Bless our Christian warrior Kevin Mathewson for exposing the demons in our midst.
Kevin has to endure a relentless onslaught from both the left and the right for simply telling the truth.
Keep fighting the good fight my friend !!

I envision a future for Sergeant Berg at UW Parkside in the office of Equity, Diversity, Sodomy , Intrusion and Anal-lytics.

      1. Why did he quit working in county corrections? Because his father was jailed at the same time he was working or for another reason?

  10. Excellent reporting Kevin!

Side note – I see there is 1 typo in the story where it references Dave Bogdala with an (R) under his photo. Should be a (D)!

    23
    2
  11. So he calls in sick getting paid by taxpayers to attend a County Board meeting, also being paid by taxpayers. Any time he is working on County Board business he should not be paid by the state taxpayers for being sick. He obviously has no respect for the hardworking taxpayers. What a P.O.S.! Thank goodness he failed to become the Sheriff. His lack of character and morals would have destroyed the good people of the Department. Send this loser packing from the political scene here!

    24
    2
    1. His kind are parasites without any values. They lie about everything and leach off of society. They are so hated that they make laws making it illegal to hate them or look into the true history of their constant victimhood as to protect their lie, their victimhood and taxpayer dole that funds them.

      18
      3
    2. Remember, Andy Berg had foot surgery and was on FMLA Leave. FMLA stands for Family Medical Leave Act. The Dept. of Corrections will not allow you to work with pins in your toes that stick out. While out on FMLA leave, he has every right to be paid by the State of Wisconsin using his Sick Leave while being paid as a Kenosha County Board Supervisor. With FMLA, you can call in sick without having to have a physician excuse. Whose to say he didn’t have a flare-up with his foot due to weather changes (rain, humidity, cold, etc.) or arthritis in the foot/ankle area?

You shouldn’t judge people without knowing all the facts.

      1
      5
      1. Pretty sure the meeting mentioned where he called in sick was way before pins in his toes (which was end of 2023), he has done that since elected to county board hence all the disciplinary actions through DOC. I also heard he never called in for any events for his children, only political events. Before defending someone, make sure you know who you are defending and all the true facts.

  12. So was he being paid to make porn, being paid to be a gay prostitute, or just whoring himself out because he’s a fruit?

    16
    3
  13. Andy posts about Kevin on his page. But don’t deny this article. You Andy are a sick individual with horrible values.

  14. Biggest dooosh nozzle in the D.O.C.! He was dirty and also did campaign mailings while on duty! He also believed that burning the U.S. Flag was perfectly ok…real nice since he served in the Army but then again he only served for the benefits according to him. He also used inmates for free labor at his home for that garden. He also tried to some sort of weird attempt at a homeless shelter for his 501c

  15. Andy Berg has been engaging in sex acts (modeling?) online for 3 years while being a County Board Supervisor?! Come on District 10, this is not the best you have to offer as your representative. What an utter embarrassment to our entire county.

  16. look people we need to come together and back the blue. put out the yard signs, “Back the blue”. sure most are perverts, drunks, steroid freaks, evidence planters, sexual rapers, and such, but we as taxpayers need to unconditionally support the pervs because they wear uniforms and have authority granted by a gov agency. so back the blue and perv up straight.

    1. That is a straight up lie! Veronica King overheard something Chuck said and took it out of context. In the lobby she asked him to clarify, as he began to Andy jumped in aggressively and yes it became a shouting match. Andy did challenge him and although he was emotionally charged Chuck decided Andy was a waste of time and absolutely not worth it. By the way, Chuck is a combat Vet with PTSD and he had enough control to walk away. Additionally we have had a few very nice conversations with Ms. King since and she has stated that Andy made a simple chat a total mess.

On a related note, if anything happens to Kevin or his family, Berg sincerely needs to be the first person questions and suspected. He has clear motive at this point. Kevin, please be careful and protect yourself. We love and appreciate you so much. Be safe.

    1. Elected officials performing disordered sex acts on camera while they’re in office is hardly “frivolous.” I don’t think the world has gone THAT far down the tubes yet…

It’s a lot better to let the shit fly than pack fudge. Shameless degenerate fags!

  22. Honestly I don’t see why someone’s sexual orientation is anyone else’s business unless that person is breaking the law. Is this person committing these acts at work? Soliciting services at work? Promoting himself on company time? Some proven violation to justify this article focusing on his sexual orientation. I don’t agree with this person thinking they’re leadership quality given the examples within this article, but then that should be the focus. This is less tasteful than your normal work 😔

    3
    2
    1. Yes A state employee and a so called elected official. I’m sure if it was trump you Would have an issue. When he cries on Facebook he’s some role model and an alderman. Ya. It makes it bad. Don’t be such a hypocrite

    2. Its not about his sexual orientation. It is about him claiming to be straight but obviously isnt. He does disgusting things at other mens requests for money. He lied to his wife about it and is obviously not the role model he made us all believe he was. Imagine what his kids would feel like should they find this out, total embarrassment. He obviously doesn’t care how his actions impact anyone else as long as he makes that money.

  23. You folks worry about stuff that has nothing to do with you. Unless of course your wife, or husband was going on to see him. Almost everyone has gone on some sort of porn site or flipped through porn magazines at some point during their life. You are just upset because he was the one on the other end, versus your lying self.

    1. Naaahhhhhh, not all of us are perverts. Some of us are just fine without se*ual influence outside of our marriages. Don’t need p*rn.

    2. Gone on websites and flipped through porn or pimped ourselves out. BIG difference. That’s like comparing playing Grand Theft Auto and actually stealing cars!
