DWI#2 and Endangering Safety ( Use of a Dangerous Weapon)

According to the criminal complaint, Mr. Roberts is charged with Operating Under the Influence – 2nd Offense and endangering safety by use of a dangerous weapon (Under the Influence of Intoxicant). Further alleged in the complaint, Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Deputy Robles pulled Mr. Roberts over on Saturday, March 14, 2020 and witnessed Roberts deviate from his lane several times. The Deputy observed the odor of intoxicants and performed field sobriety tests. Roberts gave “clues” 12 of 18 times. Roberts refused a PBT (preliminary breath test), but police drew his blood and it contained .168 alcohol, more than twice the legal limit.

Loaded Gun Found

Previous Criminal Record

In 2017, Roberts was arrested and charges with two felony counts of Physical Abuse of a Child – Intentionally Cause Bodily Harm. According to that criminal complaint, he was alleged to have beaten his children with a belt for not doing their homework correctly. The children reported the beating hurt and left marks and bruises. Roberts plead guilty to two counts of Neglect of a Child in front of Mary K. Wagner. Prosecutor ADA Drees and the judge allowed the plea deal. In Kenosha, the DA and most judges are extreme leftists, so these deals are very common. He was sentenced to probation. (See criminal complaint below)

Arrest for Battery, Restraining Order and DWI

On March 27, 2010 Roberts was arrested for domestic battery according to the Kenosha Jail Roster. No further details are known.

In 2012, an ex girlfriend of Roberts was granted a 4-year restraining order against him. In her petition, she alleged, among other things, that Roberts made her feel unsafe by knowing when she was at home, and when at work. He also allegedly made a comment to her that he’s killed people in Afghanistan. Mr. Roberts was found guilty of his first DUI on 9/26/2012 and other misc. violations. (See Restraining Order Petition Below)

Financial Issues

According to the Wisconsin Court website and documents obtained by KCE, Roberts owes more than $30,000 to the State of Wisconsin, for two tax warrants, and an unemployment issue. He has seemingly owed this money for many years and hasn’t made payments. (See Below Tax Warrants and CCAP Screenshot).

Mr. Roberts is on the extreme left and often calls people who disagree with him politically “racist” or “white nationalists”. Interesting, if you have so many issues, why would you attack others so often?
