KENOSHA, Wis. – Kenosha police didn’t need a magnifying glass or a picture book to find this Waldow. They found him twice in two days—and both times, he was allegedly where he wasn’t supposed to be.
Andrew A. Waldow, 39, was charged Tuesday with two misdemeanors: disorderly conduct with a domestic abuse enhancer and violating the mandatory 72-hour no-contact order following a domestic abuse arrest. He made his first court appearance today and is due back in court on July 25.
The charges stem from a chaotic scene Saturday night, June 28, at a home on 61st Street. Police say Waldow argued with his adult stepson, slammed a door into him, and challenged him to a fight—all allegedly sparked by a sick dog. According to the criminal complaint, Waldow accused the young man of drugging the pet, while the stepson blamed Waldow for letting the dog eat something harmful. The shouting match escalated, with Waldow allegedly declaring himself the “man of the house” before shoving the young man into a kitchen table.
Kenosha police arrested Waldow around 11:35 p.m. that night. He posted a $150 bond and signed paperwork acknowledging that he was barred from contacting his stepson or returning to the residence for 72 hours.
But just over an hour later—at 1:37 a.m. on Sunday—police say Waldow was back at the same house, beer in hand. “What now, what is going on?” he allegedly asked responding officers before being taken into custody again.
And that wasn’t the last time.
Kenosha police documented at least two more calls for service involving Waldow returning to the residence later that same day, at 3 p.m. and again around 6 p.m., though it’s unclear whether he was arrested during those incidents.
Waldow faces up to 90 days in jail on the disorderly conduct charge and up to nine months for the no-contact violation. He remains free on bond for now.
No striped shirt or red-and-white beanie were involved—but police didn’t seem to have much trouble finding this Waldow.

Sit down, Waldow! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8BCuVHi-_Rw
You go sit down. If you Kenosha county police department would investigate correctly. They would find out that the man lived at the house that he was picked up at and the other guy was the criminal.
“I don’t feel tardy!”
He needs a more structured environment.
You should get you stories right if you’re gonna post this garbage
