KENOSHA, Wis. — The City of Kenosha has officially opened its two outdoor swimming pools for the 2025 summer season, welcoming residents and visitors to enjoy affordable and family-friendly water recreation.
Both Washington Park Pool (1821 Washington Road) and Anderson Park Pool (8730 22nd Ave.) are now open Tuesdays through Sundays from 10 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. The pools will be closed on Mondays and on Independence Day, July 4.
Washington Park Pool features a zero-depth entry pool with interactive water features, a 200-foot waterslide, a drop slide, a diving board, deck chairs, and umbrella tables. Anderson Park Pool offers a large main pool, a separate tot pool with a small children’s slide, two full-size water slides, a diving board, splash pad, lockers, and shaded seating.
Daily admission is $6 for individuals ages 3 and up, and $5 for seniors 60 and older. Non-swimming adults may enter for $3. Children age 2 and under are admitted free with a paid adult. Discount swim coupons are available for $25 and are good for five visits.
U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets are allowed at both pools, and rentals are available for $2 for children up to 50 pounds. However, life jackets are not permitted on the waterslides.
Season passes can be purchased in person at Washington Municipal Golf Course (2205 Washington Road) or online at kenosha-parks.form.transform.civicplus.com.
Kenosha’s splash pads are also open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., providing a free alternative for families to cool off. Locations include:

- Southport Marina Park (5707 Third Ave.)
- Horizon Park (6598 112th Ave.)
- Schulte Park (4400 87th Place)

The splash pad at Roosevelt Park is currently closed for maintenance.
