KENOSHA, Wis. – A South Saint Paul, Minnesota man accused of defrauding a Kenosha restaurant is back in custody after a months-long investigation tied him to a string of fraudulent checks cashed in Minnesota.

Up to 24 years in jail and a $40,000 fine. I guess I’ll just pay the $7,500 bail and skip the trial.
Thinks he can get away with it in the land of Tim Walz, Minneapolis and crime, but not here, dude.
