Of course but will KUSD show us the video? They have cameras everywhere.
Correct me if I’m wrong. KUSD is tax funded and subject to open records laws. Aren’t the tax payers entitled to view footage of the video?
Is so, best obtain the footage or possibly a magic act may transpire. Remember the magic act that took place if I recall correctly when during a City Council meeting years ago when convicted stalker alderman G. John Ruffalo allegedly super glued the door lock of another alderman’s vehicle? Didn’t the “Ant” possibly hired David Copperfield to make that footage disappear and blame it on a video recorder malfunction?
I wish this injured woman well and hope she gets her day in court, in a blind leap of faith actually serving her well.

The disparity of income levels for the government administrator’s, KUSD’s admin, criminal justice vs the ordinary citizen’s net income is damning. Keep the citizen’s poor at low paying jobs for easy control. Successful business owners, well to do actors easily sway civil outcomes in their favor. The average working citizen is paying bills, putting food on the table can’t afford a good legal representation.
Makes sense how vigilante justice came about. Many believe in “an eye for an eye” justice. The self righteous arguably would say vigilante justice would make an uncivilized society to justify their means, paychecks. If one believes this you’re being gaslighted. It’s quick, swift, & just. Been a long standing tradition in American. That’s civility. Saves time & money too.
If citizens can’t have immunity, remove all immunities everywhere. This would be fair. Or, drag the POS KUSD Administrator from his home kick his ass into another zip code and make him agree to pay with his corrupt earnings, our tax dollars. True justice would prevail.

I think he probably does more than shuffle papers. The problem, as I see it, is that KUSD over the years became bureaucratically top heavy. They have binders of policies that cover just about everything instead of streamlining the and letting principals and teachers be empowered to make decisions. (Although some decisions they ae made are horrible!). Fewer students, fewer buildings but not a corresponding reduction in the bureaucracy. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt and say that he does more than ruffle papers but, for me, the question is how necessary is it?
