Drug-Using Therapist and Former Foster Mom Plots to Blackmail Kenosha Judge

Jacqueline Niccolai, 38, of Kenosha – Drug-Using Therapist and Former Foster Mom
(Kenosha County Sheriff’s Office)

KENOSHA, Wis. — Kenosha County Eye has received an anonymous tip and video allegedly showing Jacqueline Niccolai being denied boarding of a commercial flight departing from O’Hare International Airport to Michigan after she appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Shortly after being banned from the plane, she reportedly sent the video she recorded herself to multiple people. The video shows her slurring her words and conversing with an airport employee.

Repeated Harassment Alleged
Niccolai is currently facing two criminal counts of violating a harassment injunction and is under investigation by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) over her conduct as a licensed professional counselor. She has told others she may have had cocaine in her system during her recent OWI arrest, in which she crashed her SUV in Kenosha while under the influence of alcohol, Xanax, Vyvanse, and Hydroxyzine.

In private messages, Niccolai allegedly wrote, “This OWI would completely go away but there’s a good chance [cocaine is] going to come up in my bloodwork which will fuck me.” She added that attorney Ted Kmiec is working to have the blood test results suppressed before they’re returned from the lab.

Prior Arrest and Mental Health Commitment
Niccolai was previously arrested for carrying a firearm while under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or both. After being taken into custody, she kicked the window of a squad car and threatened to kill police officers. Earlier this year, she attempted suicide and was involuntarily committed under Chapter 51 as a danger to herself and others.

Blackmail Scheme Against Judge Alleged
Niccolai has also been telling others that she is in possession of confidential Snapchat messages from Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge Angelina Gabriele, and that she plans to use them to blackmail the judge. Screenshots and source statements indicate Niccolai took photos of the Snapchat messages sent by Gabriele. Niccolai allegedly took the photos from her red work-issued iPhone. Niccolai worked on Gabriele’s election campaign, assisting the judge with outreach efforts.

“I’m sitting in bed blackmailing a judge,” Niccolai allegedly wrote. In another message, she boasted, “I have a different judge right now that is telling me everything that’s going on inside the court system.” She has also claimed that Gabriele has been leaking information to her in order to damage District Attorney Xavier Solis.

Gabriele has previously acknowledged that she campaigned for Solis’s political opponent in 2024. KCE has previously written that this violated judicial ethics rules. Niccolai was reportedly part of Gabriele’s campaign effort, helping with her election — raising further concerns about improper contact and conflicts of interest.

Boasting of Lawsuits and Control
Niccolai has told people she believes she will soon be wealthy. “A BIG TIME attorney is taking my case for free,” she allegedly wrote. “He said I had more than enough to sue the [Kenosha Police Department] and [District Attorney’s Office] and include Kevin in it. He said it could easily be a million-dollar lawsuit and he’s salivating over it… I have always wanted to be rich.”

She continued, “We are going on a cruise for sure. Anyone that has stuck by my side is traveling with me. Sticking by me is a risk.”

Niccolai claimed that attorney Mackenzie Renner is representing her for free in her harassment injunction violation case, and that Ted Kmiec is representing her for free in her OWI case. She referred to Kmiec and Renner as working together — the two reportedly share a building and a paralegal.

She also wrote, “I now have the police department, the sheriff’s department, the district attorney’s office, and the judicial staff… in my motherfucking pocket.”

Harassment Campaign Against This Publication
About a year ago, Niccolai created a Facebook page and website called “Kenosha County Eyeball,” which she used to spread false and damaging information. The page attracted mainly criminals and other individuals who have been the subject of Kenosha County Eye’s investigative reporting. She used the platforms to attack the District Attorney’s Office, the Kenosha Police Department, the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department, and this publication’s editor — portraying herself as a victim of a vast law enforcement conspiracy.

Niccolai was caught on three separate occasions using copyrighted content from Kenosha County Eye — including photos and full articles — without permission. After legal action was taken, WIX permanently shut down her website, and Facebook removed her page. She has since launched a new page dedicated solely to attacking the editor of this publication and promoting conspiracy theories about the criminal justice system. The tone and content of her messaging are increasingly erratic.

Professional License Under Review
Multiple complaints have been filed against Niccolai’s therapist license with DSPS. The agency has confirmed to at least one complainant that her license is under formal investigation.

Kenosha County Eye will continue to monitor the ongoing DSPS review, the criminal court proceedings, and the serious allegations involving Judge Gabriele.

  1. Why would any judge “get in bed” with her, so to speak? All over that DA election? There’s a reason judges are required to distance themselves from these partisan campaigns. Rules matter. I’m glad Solis won and broke up that unhealthy link between the Bench and the DA’s office.

I hope Niccolai turns on all of the judges that she allegedly has dirt on. Congrats to the Eye for exposing the local judiciary on multiple levels — most notably, some of their procedural rulings and in-court shenanigans. And now, The Eye might be getting help from an unexpected source. This is absolutely fantastic!

  2. LOL!!! This is Stephanie Caputo level stupid to keep this up. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… girl you a hot mess!

  3. Remember that one time Gabrielle was crying in the courthouse because she was not able to install her no talent, no personality lackey , McNeil, as DA?

    1. Judge G. played an active role in both the Judge’s campaign and the District Attorney’s campaign, conducting these activities from her chambers during work hours. Such conduct warrants disciplinary action. However, this is Kenosha, the place where those wearing the robe often act with complete impunity.
      Come back, judge Schroeder.

      1. You’re so confident in that statement you stayed anonymous, and then cry about Kenosha. Makes sense. Way to make a difference

        3
        13
        1. The Messenger messages have nothing to do with Niccolai. In them, she predicts who will be appointed as the new commissioner, someone she claims she had chosen days before the official appointment and includes other messages that clearly show hostility toward DA Solis. What’s most concerning is that there were many other candidates far better qualified in family law than her protégé.
I still can’t read your name Angie

          3
          1
    2. A primary reasons that ex-ADA Gabrielle was elected was due to the rotten quality of her opponent, the grifting bottom feeding carp John Anthony Ward, a terrible defense lawyer. There is a real legal profession quality problem in Kenosha in aggregate.

      8
      3
      1. The entire process of her election was opaque and deeply questionable. She abandoned her boss, Gravely, when the situation spiraled out of control during the riots. She conspired with judge Wagner so that, on the very same day one announced her retirement, the other declared her candidacy. She won the election against a certain Afro; an anonymous figure whom, after the chaos that had unfolded, no one in this county would have reasonably supported; and subsequently appointed Carli as her successor and puppet, whom she controlled entirely to serve her own interests. That is precisely why she was in tears when the Solis won the election, as it marked the end of her influence.

    3. She was such an incompetent ADA that she was reassigned to work with Jambois on the Jensen trial. That, along with a few “personal” favors she did for her superior, was what ultimately saved her job. She has no moral authority.

  4. I love Judge Gab’s previous assurance (in the link to the previous article) that she’ll treat Solis fairly. And IF it is true that she “leaked information” to harm Solis, I would love to see those texts or snapchats or whatever they are placed side by side with her previous quote! That would be rich.

Aside from this, ALL judges should be living clean and following the rules now that The Eye is in town.

    1. There are copies of Angelina’s messages circulating in which she expresses her ill feelings toward Mr. Solis. The problem is that, if those messages are published, the source could lose his/her ability to practice law in this county. That’s how horrible our court system is.

      13
      1
      1. So if they are apparently “circulating “ then why aren’t they posted anywhere and what does she have to blackmail if it’s already out

        6
        3
        1. How sharp you are. Anyway, whoever received those messages from her has been showing them around. Someone mentioned Snapchat, but there are also messages on Messenger

          2
          1
          1. Ok genius. Let me
Break it down. If they are circulating then this Jacqueline has no blackmail as it’s already out so she has nothing to hold over her head. Idiot. And if it’s circulating then no one else seen or posted. Let me guess. Your either Jacqueline or her new bff caputo

    1. The only thing apparent on her page is the mental fragility of the people who join and post on it. I’ve browsed through it a few times, and the funniest part is when she brags about her supporters, they must be as troubled as she is. Her site is filled with nothing but hatred toward the author of this one, which is very odd. It’s a sad situation, especially since her troubles have kids involved, which makes it even more concerning. I wish her the help she needs. She should focus on herself and forget the stupid hate website, it will only destroy her.

  5. Professional shitbag.

This chick is DEDICATED to screwing up her own life and trying to make it Mr. Mathewson’s fault. If she put this much effort into being a productive member of society, she could make some positive changes. It’s too bad she’s committed herself to the contrary.

    26
    3
  6. She needs help, but narcissists are the last to realize that. She gets off on breaking up relationships and marriages then plays victim when things go south. There is a reason she has a new “bestie” every couple of mo ths or so, people in her orbit don’t stick around long…

    14
    4
  7. She cries about Kevin posting about people yet all she’s doing on her page is the same thing. Pissed off a guy due to his charges being charged again and now she’s kissing his ass saying she will help him beat it! After she posted the DA isn’t doing their job, he does his job and she says she will help him beat charges now. What a hypocrite

    8
    4
  8. Is the entire judicial system in Kenosha, previous DA’s office the gay brigade? I’m thinking so. The judicial system and politician’s here in Kenosha are extremely corrupt and have been so for years, way to many years. Favoritism for their liberal friends, jobs created or filled for family members without qualifications. Fake degrees, etc., it’s mind blowing. Several years ago I attempted the get all of the Milwaukee TV stations to investigate and report on corruption in Kenosha. All refused, go figure? Keep voting for the liberals while they fleece you to pay for their bloated salaries for themselves, their families members while the crooked judicial protect their liberal friends. We all can see the protection afforded for Niccolai and the scum lawyer that skated on charges. The Sheriffs buddy isn’t he? Correct me if I’m am wrong please.

    23
    4
    1. The Milwaukee TV station news teams have a pantload in their own house. Kenosha’s share of their audience is not large enough to warrant the expense of such coverage, except if a national case, like Kyle Rittenhouse or Mark Jensen.

      2
      1
  9. The moral of the story is that all of these people….judges, district attorneys, defense attorneys…..all act like fucking high school girls in this county. None of these people look good, at all.

Guess who suffers? You and I.

    18
    1
  10. Here’s the thing Kevin,

All of those clowns (and they’re clowns) don’t understand what’s coming and how they will be held accountable for their unlawful actions. Article 3 Section 3 of the constitution is very clear about to handle the treasonous. It’s only a matter of time at this point.

    5
    3
    1. Gabrielle once again proves The Peter Principle. Truly, an epitome of incompetence with very low to zero self-awareness regarding a judge’s public image.

      4
      0
        1. Go to her courtroom , listen to what she has to say, and you’ll realize she is a birdbrain. Not what you’d expect to hear from an educated judge

  11. Kevin’s coked up menage a troi friend might need a ride to Michigan then? 🤔 🙎‍♀️+🍸 -✈️=🚙…I’ll gas up the car!

    3
    7
  12. lol she posted the other day on her exposed page a friend was on drugs and sent rumors to Kevin, she tried to get ahead of it but a video of ya drunk again don’t lie

    7
    2
    1. In one of her posts she claimed she’s substance free. Well that didn’t last long. What’s next Jackie? I hope someone from DCFS reads this article.

      7
      1
    2. Coming from someone who knows Jackie, very well, she’s using anything she can as retaliation to take the heat off of her. Now she’s coming after her “former best friend” with lies and demeaning photos when she doesn’t even have proof. She’s going to end up with yet another restraining order against her. Or even worse in jail if she doesn’t stop! She wants to talk about taking other kids away, yet her kids don’t even want to be around her!

      38
      3
  13. I have said it before and I am still saying it, if you get the chance, (not that hard) for a roll in the hay she has skills people! Anything goes, you will be dehydrated, every last drop.. now the bat shit crazy I can not help, run as fast as possible, hide, witnesses protection, just get away.. great memories though

    1. How does she make her money these days ??

Sure she’s “attractive” but still has to get money from somewhere.
      Where is that ?
      Who would hire her ?

      1
      3
      1. I don’t see the “attractive” part. Unless you mean to communicable diseases.
She should just drop the pretense, and do porn.

        12
        2
        1. Considering all the mug shots that pass through these stories not to mention that past video of her, she’s better than most.

But it’s what you like. Blonde. Brunette. Redheads. They’re all here for the looking.

Just thought I’d join in on the comments about physical looks of the women that grace these pages.
Along with who pays her money.
If she’s not doing Only Fans she’s missing the boat. As crazy and skilled as she is said to be here, she could make a killing.

          2
          6
  14. You even wrote that she attempted suicide in the past and yet you continue to blast her all over your news website. Some Christian you are, if she does commit suicide you will be to blame.

    8
    31
    1. To get someone to leave you alone ?

      Say you’re suicidal ?

      Without trying she might succeed.

But that alone doesn’t mean she gets a free pass elsewhere

      5
      3
    2. If she commits suicide, that will be because she and her family refuse to get her the mental health treatment she needs. She is a very bad person who has harmed many people and will continue to harm many people. When she keeps getting arrested and blackmailing judges, I’m going to keep writing stories about it

      34
      6
      1. There’s no merit in blackmailing Angie; anyone could do it, given the number of shady things surrounding her since her very first day at the Molinaro building. Better to send an anonymous tip to the news. To the EYE.

        3
        1
  15. Why can’t this chic drop the Niccoli name!!!! I know that family well and their name being involved just sucks! They have to just roll their eyes when she makes the news over and over again. I know that she and Mathewson have this on going beef but it would be nice going into the future articles that she will be in would just go with her maiden name of Turducken or however its pronounced.

    5
    2
        1. I know 😞 that family doesn’t deserve having that name even associated with her! They’re good people and are a law bidding family she totally puts a stupid strange mark on the name is all

          6
          2
  16. The only ones that thumb down the comments are Jacqueline Jernukian and the white trash following she gatherers like infinity stones! She is straight trash and if she had a shred of dignity she would stop with her own posts on that site she runs about the claims of people texting blackmail shit about threesomes! No one in their right mind do that publicly so their kids can read and I’m sure hear about in today’s world. Please for the love of God let your kids be kids without the circus they didn’t sign up for this!
