KENOSHA, Wis. — “I don’t have a criminal record, but I will today. I’m gonna rip that bitch’s ti*ies off and rip her eyes out of the sockets,” a 29-year-old woman allegedly screamed as police handcuffed her following a chaotic fight outside the Uptown Neighborhood Library that left multiple victims injured, including a pregnant woman who was reportedly kicked in the stomach, according to a criminal complaint filed Friday in Kenosha County Circuit Court.

That whole area is filled with homeless and or criminals. Is Kenosha sure that it’s a library and not a homeless shelter? I see all the druggies and homeless hang out there all day. Who would wanna go there?
The outreach center is right across from an ELEMENTARY school too and druggies and homeless sit right against the fence. Idk how this city allows this. Kevin you need to investigate that.
That school moved to the old Jane Vernon location. That building across from the Outreach Center is no longer occupied by a school.

I used to be one of the people that would go to outreach with myself and children for help with getting clothing or meals for my kids after coming to Kenosha to flee domestic violence never judge someone before walking in their shoes. Any one of us can be a paycheck away from being homeless.
