KENOSHA, Wis. — A 22-year-old Kenosha man, Xavier E. Brzozowski, was in court today after being charged with one count of disorderly conduct, domestic abuse, as a repeater, following an early morning incident in which he allegedly punched his girlfriend in the face. Court Commissioner William Michel II set his bail at $750 cash, and Brzozowski is due back in court on December 3 for a judicial pre-trial.
