Allegedly Abusive Parents From Hell Charged in Brutal Infant-Injury Case

KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha couple, 26-year-old Jade R. Bowling and 27-year-old Victor I. Ford, were in court Thursday after being charged with multiple felonies for allegedly abusing their two young children during an overnight visit — including a nine-month-old infant who was later found with 21 separate injuries documented by a forensic doctor. Commissioner William Michel II set bail at $10,000 cash each, despite District Attorney Xavier Solis requesting a substantially higher amount.
