Accused murderer Martice Fuller has caught his 8th felony today according to court records. In Kenosha County Circuit Court today, he was charged with Felony Battery by Prisoners, carrying with it a maximum prison sentence of 6 years. The criminal complaint, as seen below, describes an incident from a week ago. The document accuses Fuller of beating an inmate with three other accomplices. According to local public defender Brett Copeland, who is representing another of the defendants, Fuller was the “ringleader” in the attack. Fuller allegedly punched the victim first, and then the other three joined in. Fuller kept repeating that he “wanted this one”.
On May 15th, last year, Fuller was charged with First Degree intentional homicide for the murder of Kaylie Juga on May 9, 2019. He also tried to kill her mother, who escaped death. He was also charged with Burglary.
On April 21 of this year, Fuller was charged with 4 felonies for allegedly contacting the family of jurors occurring on or around February 14.
Fuller’s total bond needed to be released is $5,150,500.
His trial is set for next week.
