Kenosha Man Charged With Felony Strangulation After Domestic Incident

KENOSHA, Wis. — Brian K. Schroeder Sr., 44, of Kenosha, was charged Monday with felony strangulation and suffocation following a domestic disturbance at his Roosevelt Road residence. He appeared in court the same day, where Court Commissioner William Michael set a $5,000 cash bail. Schroeder is due back in court March 10 for a preliminary hearing.
