KENOSHA, Wis. — A Milwaukee man accused of threatening a police officer and resisting arrest on a college campus was charged Friday and ordered held on cash bail after appearing in court, where Supplemental Court Commissioner Tracey Braun set bail at $10,000.

Maximum exposure 12 years in prison and $40,000 in fines. When it’s over he’ll get 12 days in jail with credit for time served and $400 in fines which he’ll never pay and they’ll do nothing about.
… they just didn’t understand …… he was doing
undercover work at Carthage and they messed up
the operation.
