KENOSHA, Wis. — A 73-year-old Kenosha man is facing charges after police say he caused a head-on crash and fled the scene before later admitting he had been drinking.

These days 1 beer would qualify for an OWI, with a 0.008 limit you better be sitting your butt down for a couple more hours and start drinking something non-alcoholic!!
Wow. The fine and jail time for hit and run are basically a slap on the wrist. Wisconsin is so far behind the times when it comes to driving laws.
