SALEM LAKES, Wis. — A Burlington man accused of driving drunk with a loaded handgun, oxycodone pills and marijuana in his truck was formally charged Tuesday and given a $5,000 cash bail by Court Commissioner William “Bargain Bail Billy” Michel II. His co-defendant, 19-year-old Essence TJ Ritchey of Salem, was also arrested and cited for misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin.

Jail him and Impound his vehicle! He clearly isn’t following any court orders. And do something to rescue that 19-year-old child before she irrevocably ruins her life.
