PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — Assistant District Attorney Sarah Norkus requested a no-cash bail Thursday for a 19-year-old Illinois man accused of repeatedly punching his girlfriend and leaving her with significant injuries, and Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Tracey "Low Bail" Braun granted that request during Christopher Flores' initial appearance.
