KENOSHA, Wis. — Months before Tremper High School Technology Education teacher Casey Cushman was arrested after allegedly crashing into a school bus, fleeing the scene, and being arrested for operating while intoxicated, a female co-worker accused him of repeatedly making sexual comments during a staff training session, repeatedly saying the word "anal," asking whether she was a "one hander or a two hander," and sliding a pen along her leg toward her groin. Human Resources Director Kevin Neir ultimately dismissed the complaint, concluding there was insufficient evidence to substantiate the allegations. The employee appealed that decision, but Superintendent Dr. Jeffrey Weiss later upheld the finding and denied the appeal.
