KENOSHA, Wis. — A lifetime registered sex offender who authorities say is currently listed as non-compliant with Wisconsin's sex offender registry is facing two felony aggravated battery charges after prosecutors allege he repeatedly bit his disabled ex-girlfriend's breast and later punched her multiple times while she sat helpless in her wheelchair. Investigators also say the woman recently learned she is pregnant with his child.
