KENOSHA, Wis. — A 22-year-old Kenosha man accused of choking his 19-year-old girlfriend until she struggled to breathe and violently shoving her mother to the floor during a domestic dispute is being held on a $5,000 cash bond after Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Tracey "Low-Bail" Braun rejected a defense request to reduce bail to just $150 cash.
