KENOSHA, Wis. — Six months after prosecutors accused Amir M. Farhan, 21, of Kenosha, of brutally attacking three teenage girls during a house party while out on bond in a separate felony OWI case—allegedly leaving one victim unconscious with a bleeding head wound after striking her repeatedly with a glass liquor bottle—Kenosha County Circuit Judge Jodi L. Meier sentenced him Monday to just 60 days in the Kenosha County Jail as a condition of probation. The original criminal complaint exposed Farhan to more than 18 years in prison on three felony charges, along with additional jail time on four misdemeanor counts. His separate felony OWI causing injury case remains pending.

What is behind the seriously reduced charges for this dirtbag? The OWI injuries and damage alone were bad, but adding the liquor bottle beatings and the rest while he’s on probation? Who does he know, who is pushing for this light punishment? Unbelievable.
This is why they aren’t discouraged from doing wrong. There is no consequences.
A 22 year-old in Arizona just got only 20 years for RANDOMLY
SHOOTING and killing someone at a restaurant.
Randomly … and for NO REASON.
20 years.
Out before he’s 40.
It’s literally everywhere ……
Damn, sounds like a party to me
And this is why domestic abuse is a problem
Looking at the last name im sure his family bought his way out of that seriously 60 days he looks like he has something wrong with him. Kenosha has a terrible court system.
