KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man who was already free after posting $2,500 cash bail on charges that he recklessly endangered public safety by allegedly firing an AR-15-style rifle during a Fourth of July incident was ordered held on just $5,000 cash bail Friday after being charged with second-degree sexual assault, a Class C felony punishable by up to 40 years in prison. Liberal Court Commissioner Lisa Bouterse set the bond.
