KENOSHA, Wis. — A 24-year-old Kenosha man accused of secretly recording multiple women during intimate encounters, allegedly posting explicit videos and photographs of them online without their consent, and possessing child sexual abuse material was ordered held Wednesday on a combined $150,000 cash bond by Court Commissioner Daniel Kellum. In what appears to be a significant reversal, Liberal activist Judge Jodi Meier (D), for the first time known to Kenosha County Eye, granted the District Attorney's request to seal the names of minor victims—an implicit acknowledgment that her previous rulings denying similar requests were erroneous.
